[@Antarctic Termite] sorry, i just now saw what you said, (I've been juggling chores while trying to write a character sheet) the guy i have in mind is basically a god of energy, and since all of physical reality is (essentially) made out of energy; he'd kinda be like a world micromanager for lack of a better description.
