Standing over most at 6'5", Jack is a bear of a man, built like a truck and hitting just about as hard. He has a serious and imposing demeanor, with a rigid posture and broad shoulders. Jack has rough facial features, age lines strongly imprinted on his face lack of youthful enthusiasm implies this man has seen some shit. His face is curtained off by a thick brown beard, and a white head of hair, while a large scar runs down the left side of his face. Presumably as a result of the wound that left his facial scar, his left eye has been replaced with a cybereye. The most notable part of his body is his left arm, which has been replaced by a black cyberarm. His outfits are plain and disposable, t-shirts and tank tops with jeans and cargo pants, tucked into utilitarian boots, and covered by leather jackets. Strengths

Small Arms & CQC Specialist - A career in the military, various security agencies, and the combat mentality of a particularly angry bear makes Jack a force to be reckoned with in close quarters. Capable of using most firearms as well as a variety of hand to hand combat maneuvers, being within 20 meters of Jack in a combat situation is decidedly bad for one's physical wellbeing.
Streetwise - Logical and perceptive in regards to people and small details about or regarding them, every action Jack takes always seems to have thought and deliberation put behind it, no matter how spur of the moment it may appear.
Handyman - Rugged by nature and used to doing things on his own, Jack is fairly versatile, and is capable of most manual/technical tasks that involve his hands- though doesn't necessary excel at any in particular.
Weaknesses

Uncouth - Jack is a blue collar at heart and his personality reflects it. He's blunt, doesn't entirely understand (or care for) the culture of others, and doesn't lace his words with rosy politicalness. Its not uncommon for him to accidentally offend someone of a stuffier disposition.
Hard Headed - Stubborn and headstrong, Jack's habitual bluntness and bull-like stubborness has gotten him into trouble more than once
Cynical - Untrusting and occasionally prone to quick judgement, Jack generally believes in the worst in people and regularly expects them to resort to more base urges.
Personal Effects:

Wardrobe of clothes
Bottle of vintage old-earth Whiskey
Box of cigars
Cybernetics maintenance kit
Prosthetic and Cybernetic enhancements: Over his lifetime and career, Jack has undergone considerable amounts of replacements and enhancements, some voluntary, others by necessity.

Cybernetic eye: a cybernetic implant that replaces the eyes, these life-like implants give Jack the perks of a multi-function HUD without needing a helmet or visor. Useful for when in civilian clothes, Jack is capable of recording, scanning, or even provide telescopic vision. Neural wiring allows him to manipulate the eyes' functions without need of buttons and vocal commands. Data and images captured by these eyes are stored in a small datachip in a slot behind Jack's left ear.
Subdermal Armor Plating: Latices of advanced, lightweight materials that are installed around the bones and underneath the wearer's skin. The lacing stiffens upon impact and can successfully most oncoming munitions- though rounds designed to pierce through armor has considerably more success in penetrating the body.
Cyberarm - Left: Following an accident in the years prior to the launch of the Vitae, Jack was injured and his left arm was mostly destroyed. It was replaced with a tailor-made cybernetic limb. Possesses enhanced strength and speed compared to a typical human limb without sacrificing range of motion or dexterity.
Synth-Cardium: Artificially enhanced myocardium allows cardiovascular functions to be performed more efficiently. This allows the heart to perform at higher levels when performing strenuous physical activity giving the Jack considerably better stamina.
Bio Born and raised in Seattle, Jack Reinhardt was born the oldest son to a retired marine, and a doctor. His childhood was not one of major note, he went to public school, got relatively good grades, got into a few scraps, and would eschew higher education for a career in the Federation military instead. In the Federation military Jack went on to serve as an infantryman, a post at which he would serve for 4 years. During his time in the military, participated as a footman for a off-the-books operation led by a CIA agent. Shortly after this operation, Jack would discharge from the Federation military, and a few weeks later find himself applying to for the Agency. After a few years of training, Jack was sent back to school to enhance his education, where he would graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice. While in school, he met the woman of his dreams shortly afterwards, and got married at the age of 25. Their daughter was born a few years later. Now set with a cushy job in the Agency, Jack and his family settled down into the suburbs around DC to begin their new life. It was around this time Jack's wife was diagnosed with cancer. After several years working with the agency, Jack's wife passed away, and he threw himself into his work, eschewing most of his relationships for work, and alcohol, with intermittent breaks to care for his now single-parent child. As a result of his successful record, Jack was transferred to the Genesis project, assigned to the Vitae. With little left to lose on Earth, and a potential new life for his daughter, Jack agreed. He secured a spot for himself and his daughter, with one of the other accepted applicants to the project also going into cryostasis agreeing to care for his daughter should they thaw and he no longer be there. - more details to be fleshed out soon.
