The pea soup looked inviting, given the heat. She wondered why Lord Egerton had this served though, but she was not about to complain. Millicent spoke up towards her as the gentlemen engaged in their own conversation. That was much preferred, given the fact she did not wish to highlight any more of herself towards them.
