Alright so I'll be trying to keep training moments to a minimum but sometimes will be used for character interaction.  The first 'training' session will be coming to a close as we'll soon get a glimpse of your first foes.  The first foes will be of the fodder level, meaning you can do pretty much whatever you want with them once they appear.

After the brief encounter we'll be motivated to find the nearest city for clues as to the threat and perhaps some food as well.  The locals will be mostly friendly but also a bit worried because of a lack of communication with some of their fellows.

[@NacNak]  That could possibly be a decent time for your sorcerer to start doing some work on the side.

[@SolusFalcon]  This could be a decent place for your character to make their appearance, though if you think you will not be joining please tell me so that I can induct another member who has been able to come back to us.
