I don't see why not. The Wolves have their main hideout but I've written about, for example, a random building they've used for, erm, interrogations and intimidations and the like. So yeah, having other meetings places seems feasible. Having Giovanni's Haven home would be nice, but they don't really need to be too specific either unless you plan on this particular meeting place having a large role in the story.

Does that make sense? Haha
