Hi hi, definitely interested in being part of this. A couple of questions regarding the world first to better get an idea for the character I might want to play, if this is better asked in the OOC forum, I can post this in there instead.

Dall's economy is ruled by the guilds, and to sell wares you must be affiliated with one of them. I'm assuming there is a black market? If so, is it a set location outside the city limits or more a person in a long jacket whipping it open at you?
How serious are the "police" about people who operate outside of these guilds? If you are caught selling wares do you go to jail? Exile? Death?

What level of decay is the world currently? Do skyscrapers still exist as skeletons or have most of the tall buildings collapsed on themselves?

How much knowledge of American geography is required? Will you be using real world landmarks as help with travel? I'm Canadian and honestly forget most of the US stuff I was taught, ahaha.
