Sorry, just understood what you meant with that question. I didn't knew that there was no such thing as currency transfer. 

I suppose they could have sold their valuable possessions like jewelry & etc when they arrived on Mars, right? Or even using said things as currency to afford getting out of the Fifth Reich. Maybe even using their money on the Fifth Reich to buy such things in order to at least be able to take some of their money with them, right?
