[@13org] I wouldn't say [i]wealthy[/i] then. They could probably live comfortably, maybe working up to being Wealthy. Maybe if you have them steal some kind of artifact, and seek political asylum. That could put up their comfort factor, or seek asylum at a Martain Embassy or something.
