If no one picks them can you choose to have a small team of canon character? As I am brainstorming for ideas (an whether or not I'll put my version of Supergirl), I was thinking of making Birds of Prey. Now, Batwoman would be my character, and the rest would just be NPC support once in a while. Maybe in time I would make a CS for one of them too, though.
