Gina's offer to make shields for them all sounded good but Zats decided to use the one Shirila had given him because he was gonna have to get used it. [color=00a651]"Thanks but I'm gonna use the Everoak shield, it was given to me so I could protect you after all."[/color]  Arch's comment about the spears was true and he wondered what he could do about it. Suddenly he remembered that his role in the battle was simply to block, so he might not even need his shield and besides maybe the heavy shield would be easier to handle with two hands. As he moved to the benches where Gina placed it to test his theory he noticed the bookcase and wondered if he could find some useful info there. 

After he spent a few minutes getting used to wielding the shield two-handed he headed straight for the books and looked for one that he could read and hopefully learn something from. He really wanted to find one about magic, but knew that was unlikely and probably too advanced for him at that point.
