The main setting is at a fictional school known as Fukushima Uesugi High School. In terms of location, as you might have guessed, Fukushima, Japan, in the prefecture of the same name. Of course, characters are free to socialize and hang out anywhere reasonable (the café or family restaurant to chill out, perhaps someone's house or a school club. Maybe the adventurous type would even visit Tsuchiyu Pass, a windy [i]tōge[/i] road, or Mt. Shinobu, a mountain jutting out the middle of the city. 

- [b]Who?[/b]
Although wild originality is, to a degree, good, it's very much encouraged to stay realistic at all times (ideally a Japanese citizen, probably a high school student based on the setting).

- [b]When?[/b]
This takes place in the current day and age, although it's recommended that this isn't made blatant. What I mean by that is, well, try not to go all "LOL [current event]/[video game]/[meme that'll die out in a week]"
