No, I don't even know what movie you're talking about. People comparing my writing to unrelated pre-existing media also happens to be a huge pet peeve of mine ._.

But anyways, New Horizon probs won't kill your hero just because they are obnoxious. They have something to gain by the heroes being alive, hence why they don't just kill vigilantes right off the bat. The heroes will have free range within the Tower and, as long as they aren't conspiring to turn on New Horizon, are treated decently well.
