Make friends, socialize, slack off and get a C- in Math! Renowned for its top-notch facilities, academics, among more, Uesugi Senior High is the place to be for any prospective student. CLUBS/SPORTS

Baseball
Tennis
Track
Yearbook
Student Council
HANGOUT HOTSPOTS

Minekoshi Mall - a popular hangout site for most friends. Conveniently located near the Fukushima Train Station for tourists, the mall is home to visitor and local alike- brimming with restaurants, cafés, and a wide assortment of shops.
Mt. Shinobu - the symbol of Fukushima City, jutting straight out of the city centre. In spring, the mountain hosts scores of people who gather to relish in the mountain’s beautiful cherry blossoms. Once revered as a place of worship, even today ancient Buddhist engravings can still be found carved into the sides of the mountain. The view from above offers an impressive glimpse of Fukushima City, and the night scene from atop the mountain’s main lookout is unparalleled. In other words, the perfect place for a hike, date, or pilgrimage.
Tsuchiyu Pass - a winding and thrilling touge, or mountain pass, Tsuchiyu is a hub for street racers, experienced bikers, and car fanatics. If one finds Ebisu Circuit too far away (or not thrilling enough), they usually find themselves at the parking lot of Tsuchiyu, where the sounds of roaring engines and squealing tires can occasionally be heard at night. Car meets and street races are held here, making it all the more risky, given both the dangerous road and police factor.

RULES

1.) Be courteous. Respect everyone around you and be nice. Friendly-fire via drama, insulting, discrimination and overall bad behavior towards others will not be tolerated. If an issue between you and another member arises, settle it and compromise like adult human beings through PM.
2.) Be realistic and fair. Real life is not a complicated world to understand as we all live in it. Japan takes place on Earth, not in space, so anything you would have your character do in the RP must be plausibly bound by the laws of reality. No godmodding, metagaming or powerplaying. That also means no overpowered Gary Stus or Mary Sues. Your characters could even be the most skilled people in the RP, but they are far from invincible. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, which means everyone has a fair chance in the field of battle. So please, play fair. Of course, we do ask that you do your best to not overstep your boundaries and do things realistically impossible.. Oh, right, and don't overdo it. As I like to say on whenever someone's asking for a borderline decision, do try to judge with reason and fairness when making decisions. If it's still a tossup, ask a GM- or even better, err on the side of realism and fairness.
3.) Give your two-weeks notice. Please do not leave the RP without leaving a notice ahead of time. Leavers make RPs-in-progress very difficult to complete, so have courtesy to let us know beforehand if you're going to be absent for an extended period of timing or outright leaving forever, we won't judge you for that so as long as everyone is aware.
4.) Enlist before serving. This is an application RP, so please do not role play with your character, before said character as been accepted by me, my admins, moderators or future moderators. All applications have to be reviewed before the character(s) can be used in the RP.

4.5) Be specific and concise. Fully describe the characters that you submit. Image links are not sufficient. We want to know how they look, how they act, how their life was, and how skilled they are at driving. It is your job to paint a clear picture to us, of said things. Do it to the best of your ability.
TL;DR - Play fair, and don't be a jerk. That's really all to it!
DO NOTE THAT THIS IS A WIP - I LIKELY WON'T START THIS UP UNTIL MAY, SO STAY POSTED!
