[u]Personality:[/u]
Spicy. Jk jk. Historically she is a loner with a bad track record of playing well with others. She is flirtatious, selfish, entitled, quick tempered but somehow still a good person deep down. Many of her shortcomings come from her having a difficult time expressing her true feelings with others and covers up anything she considers weakness with an aggressive over-confident act. She has a bit of an inferiority complex and she doesn't want people to know. 

[u]Background:[/u] 
I will add more to this later but the gist at this moment is that she was actually raised by a human fisherman who tragically died while they were out at sea when she was young. From then on she bounced around a few different places and eventually fell into aquatic banditry. Her favorite style is a hit and run bit where she dismantles or incapacitates the rudder of a ship and then she ransoms what she wants off the ship for her to put it back.  

[u]Abilities:[/u] 
She is a tiger shark fishman so she has the accompanying abilities that follow that. She has rough skin and shark jaws. She is swift underwater and on land. She can alter water with the use of her oar to create cannonball like blasts of water. Its rough and lacks precision since most of it is self taught. 

[u]Weapons:[/u]Her adam wood oar that was carved from her adopted father's boat. 

[u]Techniques:[/u] 
Water Cannon- by smacking the water with her oar she can shape an orb of water that moves with similar speed and weight of a cannonball.
maelstrom- When in the water she swims with her oar at her side and creates a whirlpool in the water. 
Body of Water- This is a technique she is developing and its still in the early stages but she attempts to hit with her oar in a way that will send shock-waves through water but instead hitting a person. She wants to use the person's blood as a medium for the shock-wave to cause massive damage to a target rather than just smashing them with the oar.
