NOTICE Just like the above sheet, Outlet is set to take stage when Last Minute makes an official appearance. For now she is accepted and is awaiting her big appearance.
Meh I'll be doing a good drawing of her that's actually mine soon so I can use that here as her picture. Here's a placeholder. Name: Rosa Weiss Tripp Alias: Outlet Age: 22 Alignment: Villain Loyalty: Last Minute (Second-In-Command) Appearance: Rosa boasts an elegant frame with her lengthened legs and sleek body, complimented even further by the thin arms stretching off of her frame. Her hair is at a longer length with a dirty blonde color. A small mole is on her cheek, but it doesn't take away from the overall appearance of the girl's body. She stands at 5'5", and typically dresses like your average college student when she's acting as a civilian. As Outlet, the girl dons a bodysuit of silver and copper colors, accented by blue markings along the seams of the suit, and complete with short metal rods attached along the back of the suit and chained together. The lower half of her face is obscured by a mask, reaching up to the bridge of her nose, but still allowing her to breathe quite easily. History:
It was a dark and stormy night around the confines of the Tripp house, the rest of the family out on an event while Rosa stayed home to do some personal things. Studying for her college class, cleaning her room, 'hanging out' with her friends, stuff like that. It was an uninteresting night aside from the occasional lightning strikes off in the distance, making her slightly weary. She didn't fret though. Fretting would be a bad idea for the time being. As she finished off a problem for her Chemistry homework, she was surprised by the sudden disappearance of the light emitting from her lamp. Trying to turn it back on proved futile as she made her discovery. The power had gone out. Splendid. Picking up her cell, the teen began to call her parents to let them know the issue when she heard a noise on the door. A loud noise. It startled her enough to where she dropped her phone onto the ground. After picking up the flashlight from under her bed, Rosa flicked it on and listened as she heard the door creak open, loud footsteps drumming against the floor as it made its way around her house. "Little girl~. Come out, come out! I ain't gon' hurt'cha!" Someone was in her house. No... there were two people. She heard another unsynced set of stomping follow the initial one. Rosa paced in her room, carefully to avoid making noise. What was she to do? She was defenseless and alone in a house with two criminals, breaking in and looking for... for... what were they even looking for? Money? Liquor? Drugs? Probably not that last one, she didn't have any of those anyway. Maybe her brother did, but she definitely didn't. She heard a knock on her door before it rushed open, one of the men standing and staring at her, wearing a dark robe over his body. His beard was the only visible detail about his body she could note. The man, with a voice like sandpaper, spoke to her. "Do not panic, it is only for Them." What was he ta- Within an instant, Rosa saw black as a smell rushed under her nose.
When she awoke next, she found herself surrounded by similar dark cloaked figures, all staring at her. What's more, she found herself naked and in front of a flagpole. The storm was still raging on as the water pelted against her skin, the cold rain making the girl shiver. Her face teared up as she struggled to free herself from her bindings, but she only wasted her energy as she desperately tried to escape. She watched on as the man who she saw kidnapped her began to speak out to his group. "Brothers, we gather around this pole with our offering to Them in hopes that They will lay waste to this world and help wash it anew. They have come before, in Vanderhoof, Kyushu, Seattle, and They have laid waste to numerous lives, preparing the deceased for the day of reckoning, where this world will move on." Rosa's crying intensified as the man continued his speech. "We have prepared for Them the sacrifice of this girl, who has been stripped of her clothes and presented to Them in a way that is most promising to Them. Now, with our sacrifice prepared, we all shall chant the sacred cryptics until lightning strikes this pole, sending her to Them." The cloaked men began chanting as the speaker turned to Rosa, staring her down as he spoke directly to her. "My child, do you understand the role you play?" he asked her, his voice grating against her ears. "Let me go! I don't want to be a sacrifice! Please!" The man snickered as he and his brothers all lifted the girl up, getting into her personal space and all handsy with her. None of them had any intent to molest her, but it was rather uncomfortable having several men tie you to a flagpole. Try as she might to struggle and free herself from the pole, she was tied to it, and the only thing she could do then was beg and scream. "NO! PLEASE! LET ME GO! I'VE DONE NOTHING WRONG, PLEASE LET ME GO-," Rosa's screams were cut off beyond then, as a bolt of lightning struck the flagpole she was attached to and electrocuted her entire body. For a moment, Rosa felt like she was dead, but the feelings faded away as she felt her body slowly return to life. The cloaked men gathered around her as they watched her body lay in the dirt. "What... the..." the speaker started to speak as Rosa began to get back up on her feet, wobbly, but definitely alive. Her bindings were burnt off, her heart was beating fast, and she was furious at the men who surrounded her. Their bodies were found the next day, clearly electrocuted beyond any livable measure, impaled on what appeared to be spoons, and most certainly dead. One man was found naked, all men had lost their wallets, and Rosa was nowhere to be seen. Her trigger wasn't the lightning, no. It was the stress and event before that caused her to trigger. Her power just acted as soon as she was contacted by the bolt of lightning. Only we, as gods, are allowed to understand this information at the current time.

Hanna sat in the home they had broken into and claimed for the time being. The owners were... Somewhere. She couldn't remember if it was the basement or the attic or maybe it was a closet? Whatever. They needed the place, it was big, and she had seen them bring in this TV that was definitely going to have a part she wanted. So, here they were. She was lazily taking apart the 70 inch TV, spread out over their impressively large living room, in front of an actual fireplace! This was great! Rosa stepped into the room and walked over to Hanna, laying down beside her with a dopey grin. She looked up at the redhead and giggled a little. "They have a nice bathroom here, Zug~. We could stay here for a lot longer, or until the power goes out and the water turns off..." What could anyone do to them? Calling the police was just a matter of running, hiding, or fighting, and they certainly could do all of that. Regardless, she knew it wasn't gonna last forever, and the main purpose that they had come in to squat for was the TV. "Did you find the parts you needed?" "Mhmm," Hanna answered as she held some seemingly random parts up, still lost to her tinker ideas. "Bathroom nice? Bit fancy. They'll be noticed tomorrow." She frowned. "Does that mean we need to leave tonight, though? One night here wouldn't hurt too bad, would it? It'd give you real light to work under, and a place where we don't have to think about being on the move immediately..." Rosa rolled onto her back and watched Hanna, waiting for her answer like an eager child. Hanna looked up, confused. "It bothers you?" "No, but sometimes it's nice to not have to worry," Rosa smiled. "Sometimes I just want to be with you and not think, is all." Hanna raised an eyebrow, setting down the parts she was still examining. "Oh?" “Mhmm.” Rosa cocked her head to the side. “Nothing wrong with that, right?” "No." Hanna looked over critically. "I feel like there's something else." Rosa shrugged. “Maybe there is. What’re you thinking, Zug?” "I'm thinking you should get to the point, little bird, before the sun dies," Hanna said with a smirk. She sighed. “I wanna... be closer. We’ve been together as a duo for a while, but you just seem really distant from me.” Hanna's gaze seemed to move past Rosa, staring into nothing, before her eyes refocused. "The last time I let someone in they destroyed everything." “I promise I won’t.” Rosa said with a smile. “I’ve been with you causing mayhem for this long, and I’m not gonna leave you...” Hanna snorted, rolling her eyes. "We've been doing what we needed to. I wouldn't call it mayhem so much as... Taking what we're due. And soon we'll start something big and change the whole world in the process." There's a pause as she thinks. "You could prove it." “I’m in.” Rosa immediately sits up. “What do I need to do?” "Run. You've seen me work, you've seen what I can do. What I can do with Artemis. I'm going to hunt you. Either you live and I'll trust you to be closer or..." She left the statement open as she stood. "You can back out now or get running." Rosa’s eyes widened and her smile quickly inverted. “O-oh...” Rosa moved up to her feet before carefully watching, backing away from Hanna slowly. “How long do I get before you can trust me, Zug?” Hanna stopped as she grabbed Artemis, considering. "24 hours. The sooner you leave the more of a headstart you get on me, y'know," she replied easily. Rosa nodded and immediately broke for it. Hanna snorted as the first footsteps started, a wry grin on her face as she continued to gear up. "Run, little bird, run." Rosa opened one of the windows in the house and climbed through, running outside and into the woods as quick as she could. If she got far enough, she could stay safe and survive the night. She knew where to go after, she just had to live. It took Hanna about half an hour of leisurely getting ready before she exited out into the back porch, activating her visor. Operations check: No errors found. Systems: Active. Tracking: Footprints highlighting. Thermal: On. "Thatta girl," Hanna whispered before jumping off the deck. The path of Rosa was littered with small explosions from place to place, blasting away the footsteps with careful precision as the girl kept fleeing. She couldn't run all night, but she could throw a wrench in her partner's plans. "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm so gonna die..." Hanna came across where the first explosion was and snickered. It wouldn't been harder to follow footsteps of she'd tried harder. But explosions? Silly Rosa, these were easier. Turning off her tracking software Hanna continued forward, activating one of her sonar arrows instead while she followed the disturbances from Rosa's attempt at covering her tracks. The disturbances ended a fair distance away from that as the footprints altogether stopped, with Rosa's footprints being gone as well. She was making much more careful steps as she started to sneak around, hoping that her steps didn't give her location away so easily. When Hanna came to the end of the trail she nodded to herself. Not so dumb after all. She stood there, looking around slowly. Carefully she knocked an arrow and let it fly a moment later as a brief light in her thermals showed through the trees. It was a bipedal object, certainly too small to be bigfoot. Rosa heard the arrow land in a tree and froze up immediately, crouching down behind a nearby fallen log to use as cover in case another arrow went flying. Sure enough another one came right after the first, this one with almost whistling as it weaved through the trees above before dropping straight at Rosa. The girl managed to roll out of the way just barely before exhaling with relief. The relief quickly subsided, though, as Rosa dove over to a nearby tree and began scaling it, launching a rod right at the ground beneath it. Hanna brow furrowed behind her visor. "Artemis, explain." Obstacles unavoidable, shots not optimal. She cursed quietly, pulling up her sonar feed. Her first arrow had been interrupted by a tree, she could see it from here. The second was most likely ruined from hitting the ground. Now... Where was... Slowly she started walking, making barely any sound at all as she moved not in the direction of Rosa's tree! Had she caught a break? Rosa stayed dead silent as she climbed up the tree, being very careful as to not make a single noise while scaling it. "Please don't see me, please don't see me..." Which was immediately when an arrow embedded itself right where her chest had been, the impact sending a thud through the tree that shook leaves free. "Son of a bitch!" Rosa let out a squeak of panic as she grabbed onto the branch she was on. She's out for blood alright! How long had she been hiding out for, anyway? She didn't even know, nor did she care, all she had to do was realize that it was time to go here in a second...! As that thought passed through her bind there was another impact, lower on the tree, followed by a thunderous explosion. Hanna had chosen to fire one of her explosive arrows into the tree! The tree snapped and began to slowly tip as Rosa leapt over to another tree, carefully treading along it's tops before falling down to lower branches, heading towards the ground at a quickened, yet safe, pace. Nope, staying in a tree wasn't gonna cut it here, no sir. Attacking Hanna wasn't an option, either, since she didn't want to risk hurting her too bad with her power. She couldn't do that... i-it'd be awful...! Hanna watched carefully with her vision modes off besides the sonar. With them on she could've permanently blinded herself, and that just wouldn't do. "What do you think, Artemis?" Low probability that Subject Rosa was terminated in the blast. Potential for injuries moderate. "Yeah, that's what I thought." For the moment it was quiet. Thankfully the explosion hadn't started a fire, and the blast was likely to have been contained to the forest. Rosa waited for a moment until she decided it was time to slide off, releasing the energy in the rod she planted at the base of that tree as she hit the ground, beginning to carefully tiptoe away from Hanna.
It had been a long night and a longer day. The only respite was early in the morning when Hanna had taken a nap. Now, however, after countless close calls and plenty of evading, Rosa had ran out of options. She'd been pinned by her clothes to a tree and Hanna stood several yards away and in front of her. Pulling out an arrow and leveling it Rosa's face, she frowned. "You tried," she said, drawing back the string and - Promptly lowering and releasing the tension without shooting. She smirked, dropping the arrow into her quiver and hooking Artemis onto her latching point. "Well, that was close. Another second and you'd have died!" Her voice was cheery as she yanked the arrows free. "W-what?" Rosa looked confused as she fell to the ground, tired, a bit bloody, and dirty. "D-does this mean...?" "Yup!" Hanna answered happily, pulling the smaller girl to her feet with a wink. "24 hours and here we are. I guess I can trust you not to leave if you're still here." Rosa stood, wobbly from exhaustion, before smiling. "Heh... I guess I did make it..." She leaned against a tree before wiping the dirt from her face, only to get it more dirty. "I-I'm a mess, though..." "You did say that they had a really nice bathroom..." Hanna said with a sideways glance. "Well, Hanna, that was before we played around in a forest for an entire day..." Rosa chuckled with a sarcastic tone. "... do you think we can still go back and use it... though..." "Definitely. We can spend the night and get a good rest. I'll just pull everything I can find from all their electronics in the morning before we go somewhere nice for a while." "Where are we gonna go after this, though?" Rosa stepped over to Hanna and grabbed her hand. "Will it finally be that time, Hanna?" "Sure. Between the two of us I'm sure we can find what we need. Who we need." "We need more than just us?" Rosa tilted her head. "Who else do we need?" To that Hanna only smirked as she led the way back to their temporary home.
(The next two hiders are non-canon, but shall persist.)
Rosa set out on her own a month or two ago, heading towards a distant town with her friend's family. Her own had rejected her after seeing what became of her, but she didn't blame them. Rosa didn't even know what had become of her. All she knew was that she found the nearest bus and hitched a ride to her friend's house. Now here she was, sitting in her friend's house, scared about the gas station that blew up in the town. Her friend paced back and forth in front of her cheap, but comfortable, couch, Rosa sitting on it and watching. "How the fuck did you blow up a gas station?! That shit's crazy!" "I-I dunno! I just stepped near a gas pump and i-it exploded!" "Fuckin' hell Rosa, you can't do that shit! Get outta here before the cops show up at my fucking door!" "Where the hell do I go, then?!" "I don't fucking know but I don't care either! Come back for your things once the heat's off you!" Rosa ran out the door and into the city, using her friend's sweatshirt to hide her face from the crowds. She was wanted right now, and she needed to let things simmer down until she showed her face again. Staring down the street, the girl noticed a police car driving down it and instinctively ducked into an alleyway. Crouching behind a dumpster, Rosa put her head in her hands and began to sob. "What's wrong with you?!" She just wanted to go back to her normal life, she didn't want to be a walking bomb and explode every gas station she stepped close to. "Wrong? No no no. What's right with you." A voice said from above. Sitting in the edge of the dumpster was a tall, beautiful redhead with dark blue eyes and some freckles. Rosa looked up at the redhead and panicked, a metal rod shooting out of her left hand as she yelped. "GAH! Who are you?!" A sly grin crossed her lips. "Someone who can help you. I've been tracking your activity. And ding, dong, the clock is on." She dropped down beside Rosa, ruffling her hair lightly. "And put that away, lovely. It wouldn't make me go away." Rosa blinked before she lifted her hand, the spoon-like rod showing that it was definitely stuck in the ground. "You've been... tracking me...? Why?" She had to ask why. Was this a stalker? No... stalkers were usually less beautiful. Usually. "Because I want you to join me. Do marvelous things, see marvelous places. We have power, and we should use it. Intelligently, of course." "We have power? You're cursed with the same bullshit I am?" Rosa asked, carefully watching the street beyond the alley's entrance in case she needed to make an escape. "... I... I-I'm not sure I understand..." "Run, and I'll stop you," the woman said sing-song. "It's not a curse. It's a blessing. I can help you control it, mold it, use it. All you have to do is come with me." Rosa thought about the offer for a second before asking one final question. "How do I know I can trust you...?" The offer was tempting, considering her best friend basically kicked her out of her place a few minutes ago, but this seemed too sketchy for her to just... go with. "The kicker! You don't. But if I felt like killing you, we wouldn't be talking now would we?" She ruffled the girl's hair again. "Trust me, and I'll show you the world." "... o-okay..." Rosa's voice was soft, wavy, and definitely intimidated, but if this person could help her, what other choice did she have. The woman pulled Rosa to her feet, holding her in a tight hug. "Zugzwang will take good care of you, yes I will." Rosa leaned into the hug, her cares melting away. It had been so long since she had a real hug, and this was... this was a good one. It's all she could have wanted at that moment in time.

At first, the crimes were terrifying and awful. The breaking, the entering, everything really, but as Zugzwang kept encouraging her to do better and keep working, it all became... second nature to Rosa. She felt stronger with her powers, and it was rather... fun to be Outlet. Besides, she was able to stay with Zugzwang for as long as she wanted, which was appreciated considering Zugzwang was always willing to hold the girl close to her in case she needed hug, which was often. She felt closer to Zugzwang right now than she had felt for her brother in her entire life. Zugzwang was always there to listen to Rosa's troubles and never minded when Rosa wanted to just snuggle. She was a great person, even if her morals were... unaligned. Rosa laid on the couch with Zugzwang, looking up at the redhead with a smile on her face and a happy feeling in her heart. She was comfortable right there, but she felt like she could have so much more with Zugzwang. She reached up to Zugzwang's face and patted it with a playful motion. "Hello, cuddlebunny~." "Morning, thorn, sky lighting the mind." Zugzwang replied, ruffling Rosa's hair. Rosa traced her finger down to Zugzwang's chin as she trailed off into a question. "Bun, what do you think of me?" "Full, bull, twixt your heart and soul," she said with a wink. "Why do you ask?" "I dunno..." Rosa twirled a few strands of her hair as she looked off to the side. "I... I think I want to be... closer to you..." "Closer?" Zugzwang was smiling. "Forever together?" "Y-yeah... something like that." Rosa’s face was red with blush. "... god, I must sound stupid," Rosa joked. "The only stupid is the unsure. I can fix that." Standing up, she pulled Rosa with her. "Come. Go go go. Abandoned factory, then we'll know." Rosa was surprised. "R-right now?" It seemed like the offer was out of nowhere, but then again, she should have expected that at this point. It was Zugzwang after all. "Immediately. If you can pass my test, I'll never let you go." Rosa’s face lit up with a smile when she heard the final part of that. "Really?" "Really, really." "Do I need anything, cuddlebunny?" Zugzwang simply laughed. "One rule. No powers. For your safety." "Yes ma'am!" Rosa had a cheery tone in her voice as she walked with Zugzwang to the warehouse, eager to succeed at this test.

Personality
Motivations: For Zugzwang to be happy. Classification: Blaster / Striker Details: In addition to being able to manipulate electricity via touch (working on an absorption-based system), Rosa is able to fire a series of metal rods out of her body that act as lightning rods, sapping the nearby environment of it's electricity and causing the rod to automatically fire lighting out of it at any nearby entities excluding Rosa herself. If multiple rods are within a meter of at least one rod, a link will be formed where an electric fence will be constructed, causing as much damage as Rosa will allow. Each rod fired can be fired as a trap rod, where the rod will not fire but rather store all energy it has obtained, releasing all energy into one condensed explosion of electricity. Additionally, her feet and hands all radiate electricity. There are ways to bypass this but, without proper precautions, using a gun causes the gun to explode, sitting in a car causes the car to short-circuit, and stepping near a gas station without proper footwear results in 4 people killed. Limitations: Rosa cannot absorb any natural electricity generated by humans (like electric impulses) due to the Manton effect, and Rosa herself can only absorb electricity from her rods and not from a direct source of power, say a battery or a transformer. Additionally, Rosa is unable to take in large quantities of electricity at one time, otherwise she will overcharge and temporarily lose control of her body as she enters a paralyzed state temporarily. Equipment: Rosa carries a set of spoons on her. Why spoons? They work the best with her power.
