Quirk: Twisted Anatomy(Mutant). Hunter's quirk allows him to rotate any part of his body in ways you can't imagine that's possible like there are no bones inside his body. He can also relocate any body part around his body, like relocating his arms around his back and moving his eyes to the back of his neck. He can also use his quirk to repair fiber muscles when he is not in combat.

History: A silent villain who disguised himself as a poor handicap civilian amongst the slums. He believes most of the heroes are nothing more but "privilege bastards who got everything handed to them". A cherry picker when it comes to picking his victims. Hunter's past is a mystery, except for he came from a poor family and has been living in the poverty-stricken side of the city.

Gear: Bandages around his face. A mini-uzi as his primary weapon and a bayonet as his secondary. 
Other: Proficient in stealth and assassination and blending in with the crowd. Agile when in combat.
