I myself am (deathly) obsessed with Dark Souls, so you get [s]bonus GM hate when we start[/s]
The age thing however is entirely up to the players. I won't allow 10 year olds on the battlefield or 90 year old men. Any age between 20-50 is fine. 60 being the absolute cap.
