[*][i]Russ can remove short term recent memories quickly from his target: removing the whole memory will cause it to bound back after a period of time, but removing parts of a memory (a person, an object) requires less time, effort, and can have the potential of permanency. [/i]
[*][i]Influential thoughts can be entered into the mind of the target, very quickly, which, whilst not forcing the target to do anything, can cause serious conflict in their head, often causing self-doubt and reluctance. The effects of this can last for a few minutes to a day, if 'channelled' long enough. [/i]
[*][i]In dire and extremely experimental situations, a mind may be set to idle, causing the target to effectively stop - they retain vital and cognitive functions, but are almost locked out of their body for a short while. This has serious impacts on Russ himself also.[/i]

[*][i]Russ needs eye contact with the target: eye to eye is the quickest, but as long as Russ can see his target his abilities will work.[/i]
[*][i]In the process of altering a mind, Russ cannot physically move, standing motionless. Only his eyes and head may move, not on his own accord, but automatically following the target being altered.[/i]
[*][i]Extensive alterations can expend a lot of energy, which can only be regained over time or with rest.[/i]
[*][i]Too often use of his ability without rest, will eventually cause his energy to drop completely, making him pass out completely for minutes.[/i]
[*][i]Channelling time is needed, with the strength of the effects depending on duration channelled.[/i]

[b]Preferred Classes:[/b] Psychology and Sociology - both for interests in the mind. Does well in sport but doesn't necessarily enjoy it.

[b]Personality:[/b] Confident and sometimes slightly cocky, Russ tends to attract attention even when he doesn't want it. When around friends, he can be loud and daring, but in whatever time away from them he has, he might be found observing people, deep in thought. He gains immense satisfaction from studying people and even animals, quietly. Use of his abilities also makes him slightly more challenging towards the target, almost feeling a sense of subtle superiority over them.

[b]Other:[/b] Pupils turn a bright blue when he uses his abilities. Tends to occasionally turn on friends, if the situation arises where it can greatly benefit him. If treated with distaste, he will react coldly to the person who does this, until treated well again.
