Biography: Kenji is the personified stereotypical District 1 tribute. He has all of the perks, including plenty of training and money for support. He is proficient in every hand-to-hand weapon, with skills in ranged combat, trap-building, survival, and climbing. He holds the record in every physical competition in District 1 and has never been defeated. 
Personality: Arrogant, cocky, and self serving. He has no problem making and betraying friends if it means winning. He is without question a remorseless killing machine. Never had a girlfriend though. He can't figure out why.
