I'm going to be selfish and say when Do'Karth and Sevine opened up about their past at Leif's house in Windhelm and opened up about things they thought they'd take to the grave. It's really the moment that helped cement me not feeling like the new kid on the block and it was one of the most organic and unexpected bits of meaningful character development I was not expecting. DK was totally going to be an enigma for most of the game, and Fox just Kool Aid manned DK's privacy settings.

Honourable mention to literally any scene where Roze and Sagax team up for a suicide mission. I adore our maniacs!
