[@Chicken] Thanks for the interest! And that's correct; mixed race children are considered the race of their mothers, they just might have traits that are similar to the father. A good example of this in the games is the Grey Prince, who had an Orc mother but an Imperial father. Whether it was the Imperial part or the vampire part that gave him grey skin instead of green is kind of irrelevant, it's a physical attribute that was clearly from his father.
