Still reading the 'Events' and the Gazette sections, note.

I'm working on a sheet now, but I want to ask: so, are there different groups of player characters, or are we all expected to be part of the same group? Do some people travel alone? Etc.

Basically, what should I expect once I join, or is that up for discussion?

And... Is the Rising Storm NRP required reading?
