[@RangingWolf] BTW I thought I should warn you after reading the post since you are going after the cult.  Discarded magic isn't deterred by the known Magic deterrents. Their magic is caused by the discarding of senses. The Witch Hunters may not be aware of this however. There will be magic wielders who will side with the Discarded though.
