Hey there! Sorry about the delayed response! Unfortunately Blackstripe, our resident head dog GM and the only one that can accept players, is a little sick right now so I beg your patience until she can take a look.

From an initial glance he looks pretty well-thought out and interesting, but a concern of mine is that we have a character who uses very similar abilities. Anarkee, played by [@Korkoa] also has gas bombs that affect emotions as well as emotional control.

In the end it's up to Blackstripe, but just throwing that out there from my intiial look. I'm, after all, just an event co-GM. :P
