I really don't have any time to write an application today, but I did want to throw my name in the hat and at the very least stake a claim before somebody else swipes my spot. Another merchant republic across the sea from the Flowering Republic with the same or very similar language. This one is a huge cosmopolitan city-state, possibly the largest city in the known world in terms of current population. Will get an app maybe tonight but for now this is all I've got.
