Some IC background: Though Adaeze submitted her application to Gustav on Sun's Height 9, she didn't get hired until Last Seed 2.

And related IC info for everyone: There are four "pay grades" in this mercenary company; laborer, infantry, specialist and officer. This is in the order of lowest pay to the highest. There's also an "associate" position, basically for those that want to tag along, but not expected to work/fight or receive any salary. 

I'll start classifying everyone once we get a few more characters in.
