I've been wracking my brain for ideas for the past two days for a way to convince the person Richard healed and the paramedic that he didn't cast magic. The 2 police officers would be easy, cause Griffin had convinced them that the strange guy who had run over to the injured man was a rookie doing rookie mistakes. 

Also, when Griffin mentioned 'flash' the witnesses, is it like the ones in the MIB movies?
