Then forced by her situation she looks down the pipe that carries the stormwater to the river and decides to walk down it in hope she finds a ladder or the outflow. Sydney walked for about 300 yards hunched over in the 4’ tall tunnel getting a stiff neck for her efforts. As she walked she thought about how easy it would be to test her probability control in an escape effort then she remembered Heather Winston, Laura Win, Jane Cummings and several other victims who would have never known justice. All had been murdered in cruel ways by a so called normal human who had also been an officer of the law; his profession how he’d avoided exposure. It had been a petition from the public pushed by the families of the 16 young women that had involved her in the case and had her flown out of state to act as Witness of the events of their loved one’s deaths. He had murdered the women over the course of several days of painful torture dismembering them and caurterizing the severed limbs former locations as he tried to make them into living sex toys. It was not her first time being exposed to such brutalities and she was sure to face other horrific examples because of her power a conclusion she’d come to when she was younger. It was while in thought she was staggered by a flashback as she entered what looked like a large stormwater junction point were she began witnessing a gang assault on a woman. She heard their laughter and their victim’s pleas for mercy as they held her down forcing themselves on her. It was always like this where strong emotions and death combined.
