It didn't seem to be of a warren and was well outside of anything he had dealt with. This wasn't at all Ben's kind of fight, trading spell and counterspell. He specialized in subterfuge and finishing things with the first decisive strike. Things were getting out of hand though. It would be hard to do much without a will ally, however something the single woman had said gave him an idea. Haven't you figured out that your eyes will betray you? The mage dropped the illusory copy of himself that was back in the shelter, freeing up some concentration for something bigger. Confrontation was not his forte but he certainly knew all about deception and illusion. Still hiding himself of the shadows of Meanas, he used Rashan to split the hammer wielding girl into a handful of copies moving in different directions. The homunculus paused, waiting for just a moment before dashing out of cover, tossing the hardhat and vest away to draw their attention. The nearest of them received a haymaker punch to the side of the head. She carried the momentum through into a spinning kick, dropping the trigger happy thug and then ducking back behind the cover of the truck. With a handful of steps to wind up she threw the sword at it with enough force to put it through a spaceship hull. The blade hit the monsters though head and glanced off, shattering in the process. Her face fell for a second and then her expression brightened and she cracked her knuckles. Birdy stomped on one corner of the shield and caught it in the air. After another Moment of though, she grimaced. She doubted that her fists would make it through that hide and the best way to defeat armour was to go around it. Go... inside of it. It shouldn't be so bad, especially if this one disappeared like the others. Birdy ran up with the shield as cover, smashing the dragon looking thing across the jaw in an attempt to anger it and make it roar.
