Mei was a bit disappointed when the dance ended, but it seemed they had business anyway. She was pleasantly surprised as to how she did and she found herself enjoying it, despite the fact she could still feel numbness on her leg. Did Barber Boy just pay her a compliment? She would faint if she wasn't afraid of touching the floor. However, as quickly as it started, it was over. Barber Boy walked off to meet Captain Ballcruncher who just appeared and she found herself mildly disappointed and then the realization hit her. These people were about to leave.
