We'd really be doing this in more of a narrative setting than playing Xcom: The Written Version. Like I said, you'd all be dead in the first mission and we'd have no game XD As for the predetermined skills...I mean, we could implement it, but from a narrative stand point, there's really no need, especially since they're all things that wouldn't necessarily need special training or anything to do if we pull from the Xcom list. Except maybe Lightning Reflexes or something like that.
