Don't let the door hit you on the way out!

"what do you mean I can't have 4,000 different powers? look at superman, he does one thing really well, that's the exact same situation, right?"
Okay. No now I am going to have address this. I already gave reasons why Lowell is low tier, but apparently I am going to have to do some more. I mirrored Lowell's strength of that of Raven's from the original Teen Titans RP. She's still not the most powerful of the roster of DC. But, I don't even have 4,000 powers. Lowell is the equivalent of a DnD druid at mid level with transformation and the ability to cast. It's why I like when RPs like this implement some hard fast rules with numbers and statistics because Lowell can be equivalently killed by two low tier DC characters. Bane and Deadshot. Venom blah blah. I've given you my test to manage the powers; -He can be defeated by the highest powered characters Supermand and Wonderwoman -He can be defeated by the lowest component of characters Bane and Deadshot -His magic is nullified by any of the other magical based characters in the DC Universe In my RP where I implemented tiers; Superman being the Highest Level of Strength - which wasn't understood Raven being mid tier of strength compared to her teen titan counterparts Lowell sits at the feathering line between Raven and one of her lower Teen Titan counterparts Batman being the lowest level of strength
