[color=EBC9F2]Personality:[/color] Ingrid is temperamental to say least. Moody and unable to conceal her true feelings, she is the type who wears her emotions on her sleeve and makes decisions based on what "feels right". She is fiercely loyal to her friends and protective over their well-being, often to the detriment of herself. Ingrid is headstrong and hates liars more than anything else. She herself, finds it incredibly difficult to lie and prefer others around her not to do so as well. Although passionate in everything she does, Ingrid can be a bit melodramatic. Despite this, she is a really great friend to have, as she will always take your side and look out for you no matter what. 

[color=EBC9F2]Appearance:[/color] Ingrid is a young woman with a lithe frame and seemingly fragile bones. Her skin is fair and smooth, accenting her small nose and lips. With her eyebrows thin and her eyes a peculiar violet, Ingrid's ginger hair lies long and straight, highlighted by two hairpins in the shape of stars. She is often seen wearing a choker around her neck, regardless of the clothes she is wearing, which are usually befitting of the futuristic times that they live in. 

[color=EBC9F2]Fear:[/color] Astraphobia - Fear of Thunder and Lightning; Ingrid developed the ability to manipulate the weather around her, primarily thunderstorms and the elements that compound them. Though she has some level of control over the weather, it can sometimes flair up when she feels a heightened sense of emotion. She can manipulate the weather in her general vicinity to create an array of effects and precipitation, from erratic winds, to snow, heavy rain, hailstorms, and lightning strikes with which she can direct. 

[color=EBC9F2]History:[/color] Ingrid had always been scared of lightning and thunderstorms for as long as she could remember. Or rather, since the incident. Many times her bed would be drenched in either sweat or...you know what from the fright. Perhaps the fear was irrational, perhaps not. The odds of getting struck by lightning are near impossible, yet, this is exactly what happened to she and her mother. But somehow, her mother died instantly and she survived. She remained in the hospital for days after the incident, the scarred burn lingering on her left palm, a brutal reminder of what she had endured during that thunderstorm, and what she had lost as well. Any time there was a thunderstorm, her grandfather had to comfort her, even well into her teen years. By that point, her hometown of Salem, Oregon, had eventually fallen to the chaos. Unable to maintain their life there, she and her family moved to the one place that seemed to be functioning properly, New York. Here, it was where she discovered Miranda J. Williams, and her Project: Phobia. Maybe this was her way out, a way to harness that which crippled her and turn it into a force that she could control. 

[color=EBC9F2]Extra:[/color] Has a burn scar on her left palm. A symbol/reminder of the day her mother died. Always wears her special choker, though she sometimes uses it to tie her hair into a ponytail when she needs to concentrate.
