To live in Crown Heights is to have made it in Palm Beach's top 1% of the top 1%. Here, you have treated royalty. This goes from the parents to the children and accepted third parties.

In Crown Heights, there is a beautiful park with elaborate gardens and a large pond in the center, privately-owned stores where the inhabitants of this exclusive community can shop in the safety of their own, a private school co-financed by the city and third-party organizations that hosts grades from pre-school to the senior class. It has top of the line educational benefits with the best resources and the best teachers the south has to offer. Extracurriculars are available to any and all. Athletic events are highly praised and often are the center of most school functions.
