[@Polyhedronic]Yes, the RP will take place in New York, I intend for it to at least begin with all the characters in New York, but it can and probably will move out as the RP moves along.

And for now, just start with one. I'll consider multiple characters if its a sort of familial group, but no guarantees. If your second character is going to be completely separate from your first, perhaps save that for later.
