Stepping into the bar was like stepping into the last scene from Sabotage. Only that she hopefully had a better chance of stepping out of that bar alive. Upon stepping in, she could feel the stares boring holes into her body. She was armed, armored, and dressed like she was ready to shoot someone. They weren't wrong, as a matter of fact. Her Sig Sauer was actually loaded, and that vest of hers wasn't just for show. She was already casing the place for exits and escape routes. It was standard procedure for a place like this. Prep had to be done at some point, and it was better late than never. Two shots of tequila? Bold move. Athena eyed the big, tall British man as he received the shots, only to realize that one was for her. Free shot? As much she disliked the guy, she liked the way he worked. Taking the shot glass in her hand, she downed the shot only to realize she didn't have a chaser. It burned. But hey, it was authentic tequila. Not that cheap shit she downed in college. No pain, no gain. Mark was about to order another shot, which Athena wasn't entirely opposed to, but it looked like it was time to strike. The bartender was confused, but there was no time to explain, nor was there a need to. The bottle of tequila in his hand wasn't exactly a good sign either, but she wasn't going to question it. It wasn't like he was going to ever answer her anyway. Walking behind him, she had her hand on her pistol like she was performing a traffic stop. Only less cars, and more guns. Watching him do his thing, it looked like it might have actually gone relatively smoothly. But, on the slightest instance of resistance, Mark lost his shit and had apparently lit the guy on fire. So much for things going smoothly. Athena unholstered her pistol and was met with another man who disoriented as ever. As he came through, Athena threw him aside and ran toward Mark, who had already in the process of extracting the objective. She turned around and fired a couple shots into the bar to keep the chasing people away. She was a little behind Mark, but that was to be expected. Spacing was key and she didn't want to be too close to the extraction target. As the Range Rover was in sight, so were the rest of Luis's buddies. She needed to buy that stupid British tall Ginger man some time, and that she was going to get done. She turned around and started firing some shots. Aiming down her sights, she was landing perfect shots in center mass. The goal wasn't to neutralize, it was to incapacitate, and she was doing it well. She tried to avoid hitting any vital organs, and so far it was good. The accuracy she was showing right now was good enough to impress even the most seasoned of marksmen. Once she felt she had repelled enough people, she sprinted into the Range Rover, diving into the back seat and closing the door behind her as the Range Rover took off. Ellie was thoroughly surprised, and honestly scared. A lot of gunfire and a lot of violence was all over the place. This was far from what she was comfortable with. She was ducking in her seat, and there was everyone else acting like this wasn't anything new. Well, it wasn't anything new. Ross and Mark had definitely done some shit, and Athena was a police officer. Meanwhile... there was Ellie in the back seat never having held a gun before. She was like a fish out of water or a bird in water. Athena peered out of the back of the SUV and saw some vehicles start to chase after the Range Rover. "We have company!" Athena cried out, as she saw some armed cars get closer. Turning around, she pulled an M4A1 from the seat in front of her, before chucking the MP5 into the trunk. Athena then climbed into the trunk of the SUV. She used the butt of her M4A1 to break the rear window of the Range Rover, before aiming down the sights. Looked like that less lethal approach would also go out the window. Taking a few shots, she could see the shots progress up the hood of the car before a hole appeared in between the driver's eyes, diverting away and crashing into a ditch nearby as another car took it's place. Firing controlled bursts, she was making sure that the wouldn't be able to get anywhere remotely close to the SUV. For the time being, she was doing a great job holding off the pursuers. However, she could only have so much ammunition for her gun. Ross needed to shake them, real soon.
