I don't really pay attention to out-of-state primaries. How's Michigan handling the economics question? Would be interested to get a manufacturing-heavy/NAFTA-affected democrat take on the issue.

I think people are pretty sick of who has been handling our economic sector. The whole Nestle deal opened a lot of people’s eyes who were on the fence or apathetic in general, and Snyder and other local conservative leaders have the perspective of “not giving a shit” to the fullest. Though, there’s a lot of people who still vote within the party as rural parts of Michigan can pretty much unrecognizable from the deep south. But that goes without saying I think. 

At the very least we can see that things are being shook up here.
