Hello and thank you for your interest in, Halo - The Hyperion Incursion. This is a high-casual to low-advanced RP. The story takes place after Halo 4 and will branch into Halo 5, much later in the RP.

Deep from within the Erathellian Cluster of the Milky Way, an encrypted emergency distress signal is being sent across all secure ONI and UNSC receivers. The message explains that an unknown force has attacked the Hyperion solar system, effectively decimating any opposition that tries to interfere. The message is cut short by what is apparently an explosion and panicked shouting in the background. The message then restarts itself and has been playing in a continuous loop for the last three days. Both leaders of the UNSC and ONI had spent those three days discussing and weighing their options, planing their next move with great caution and care. 

The Hyperion Solar System holds a large number of highly populated planets that contain important UNSC and ONI facilities. What is most important is the presence of a single Forerunner planet, who's purpose is still a mystery that is tirelessly being worked on. If it was not for the Forerunner planet, there was a chance that the solar system could have been left dark and empty, but now life and technology have flourished. It was decided upon that due to its exceedingly high importance and still unraveled mysteries, that the Infinity Class Supercarrier Solares would be sent to fully investigate and end any threat in the Erathellian Cluster. 

The Solares will be loaded with every type of defensive and offensive ability that both the UNSC and ONI have to throw at those who threaten mankind and its allies. Among these will be a group of Spartan IV's, hand picked to accompany the Solares and her crew on its mission to the Hyperion Solares System. Digital messages have been sent out to each Spartan, hand delivered upon a data-pad by an ONI operative to ensure there were no mistakes or misunderstandings on anyone's end. We are these Spartan IV's and soon our assignment within the Erathellian cluster will begin.

As we venture into the Erathellian cluster and the story progresses, we will find ourselves faced with a number of challenges that we must overcome together. Enemies both old and new shall be encountered, many difficult battles shall be fought, our progress shall be hindered, unfortunate discoveries will be made, and all of our abilities will be put to the ultimate test. Not all will be action though, we will have some downtime to get to know each other and build upon our social relationships. The choices we all make will have an effect on how most of the RP plays out, so choose wisely and prepare yourselves for the Hyperion Incursion.
