You're not gonna believe it but at one point I was considering a quirk that partly resembles the one you're talking about. Basically superbreath due to oversized lungs and an unnaturally flexible rib cage.

Personality: A bulleted list of characteristics that'll help us your character as a whole. Or at least give us some idea on the type of person they are. Don't include likes and dislikes here.

History: A brief description of your character's upbringing and anything significant in turning them into who they are now.

Talents: What your characters are good at. Doesn't have to be purely physical or combat-based; let's at least keep this a bit realistic. You're gonna be a bunch of teenagers; Todoroki was trained to be a hero early on and the feats that he's pulled off (excluding quirk-related ones are pretty believable/acceptable).

Quirk: Solar Manipulation. Mitsuko’s quirk allows her to soak up the energy of the sun and emit it in the form of prismatic light all around her, though with a maximum range of 50 feet. This light can be separated from her body, but it takes more energy and concentration. Because it’s very warm and bright it can cause discomfort and blindness in her enemies.  On the downside using her power basically turns her into a rainbow colored spotlight so it isn't good for stealth and she depletes her stored energy fast meaning she can't fight very long at night or anywhere the sun doesn't reach.
