I have the Kobold included as one of the evolution options for the Fanged Lizard. Draconic monsters of different types can also be reached in several ways, but these would be later “tiers.” As always, True Dragons are considered some of the most powerful entities of this fantasy setting. 

The Spriggan, and other nature elementals like Dryads, are also included as options on the evolution paths. I believe the Wisp and the Pixie have the easiest time getting to them, though I’m not able to check my charts at the moment.
