Personality: Responsible and ambitious law student, interning at one of the top firms in the world. He sets his expectations of himself extremely high, and takes pains to make sure that no matter what, he's a trailblazer. Of the Austerbrows, he is the more conservative, constructive, and reserved, though that isn't saying much given that Thor once leapt up on a desk in a mock trial, waving a "borrowed" umbrella around to illustrate a point to the jury. Adventurous, endlessly curious, and loves to figure out how things work. Thor is also very protective of his brother, and tends to make large allowances for his mischiefs. Thor also is somewhat exhausted, and while he still has the spirit of electricity in his heart, he is a more settled version of Raiden. Thor is a thinker, and a doer, but a thinker first. Even if all that thinking is devoted to devising the most devious dastardly master plan.

History: Born and raised alongside his brother, Thor always planned on finishing school, at least... technically. His connections helped get him admitted into one of the best law schools, though he was still required to complete the necessary exams and pass them, and so he did. He only mostly cheated, and never got caught. Thor acquired his degree with honours, and was immediately approached for an internship at a multitude of law firms. His reputation preceded him, and his being the protegé of one of the most eminent criminal lawyers raised his profile considerably. 

He initially came into contact with Kris Silva through his mentor's dealings with the Silva family, as their estate lawyer. Though only a passing acquaintance, Thor remembered meeting her and sharing some light conversation while his mentor discussed matters of estate with the parents. When he was contacted with an invitation to the Silva Wedding, he was surprised, and having difficulty remembering who exactly would have thought to invite him. It cannot have helped that he was busy dealing with the shenanigans of his younger brother at the time, but either way, he was chosen as a guest for the wedding.

Equipment: Cellphone, Lightning-User Compatible Compactible Taser AKA LUCCTAZER (channels energy, is essentially just a long conductive stick to poke/beat people with), a collection of suits, and of course fingerless leather gloves and a menagerie of gold and silver cufflinks custom shaped so that they can be used in tandem to gather electrons quickly.
