[s]Like Raadum mentioned I think they shouldn't be "Powers" just special items that we abuse on the regular. Like the Stealthboy example and I was thinking for my Char a Revolver that is the most accurate when fired from the hip. All old western duel pose.[/s]

I'd like to change my opinion to that there should be powers if we're these legendary Characters or we can have an Item that explains it too.
