I have to admit, I'm still not entirely clear on what the Demon King's goal is. Based on the title I thought he was summoning heroes to then fight against either for fun or to prevent other forces summoning their own, more competent heroes. But that doesn't explain why he made them monsters.

Is he trying to turn us into minions?
