Artemis wears a long black coat, with a patch work of rusted armor, and a advanced air filtration mask fashioned to look like one of the masks worn by the plague doctors of the seventeen hundreds. No one has seen him without his mask for the last twelve years. He is always covered in grime, and the few plates that cover his body  all  showing signs of rust. He also has two identical syringe pistols, one strapped to his right side, the other to his chest, and a small knife on his ankle. Last things of note  is that he wears a  black top hat (To cover his balding head), and a pair of black leather gloves.

Personality: Artemis  is a cold, sarcastic, and overall a dour fellow.  Most of his life he spent leading a crime syndicate, making him also a paranoid control freak, who utterly hates surprises. Since beginning his new life  as a exile from the crime syndicate, he’s taking on a borderline nihilistic attitude towards everything.

Power: At a early age he was experimented on for research against highly contagious diseases, bacteria, and parasites almost bringing him to the brink of death. Yet he managed to escape the facility and started his new life of crime.. Unaware that his body is a literal bubbling pot of  pestilence.  Though Artemis never realized it, or cared, that his body sense the experiment is extremely resilient, giving him a high healing. In other words he  can heal from  broken bones, or even near lethal wounds. (If his brain or heart are damaged, he dies.)

Likes: Loud places, drugs (mostly booze), borderline anarchy, the rain.

Dislikes:  Authority, government, and the sun

Skills: He is very skilled with firearms,  has a affinity for stealth, and good leadership skills. Last is his ability to read people's body language.

Syringe Pistols: Pistols he had made, they fire a standard slug projectile covered in Artemis's blood. The rounds are similar to a nine millimeter pistol, after impact his blood acts like a neurotoxin.

Other: Artemis is always rasping and coughing, it’s so bad that phlegm and snot drool out  of his masks filtration system. Though he never seems to mind.
