Miyu Tachibana - Squad 3
Miyu did smile at Homuru's offer. That would be nice. Underneath, she was starting to get a bit stressed at how fast everything was going, but not everything could be planned. There were bound to be surprises, and her village trusted her, just like her teammate's villages trusted them. Her stress spiked as they made their way down the chasm. All the way down the rope Miyu cursed. "Shit, shit, shit, shit..." Miyu hadn't mentioned one tiny little thing about herself to her teammates. She might have an item for any situation, but she didn't have but a single small jutsu to her name, so if the rope ended, getting to the bottom would be a little bit difficult. Thankfully, as their was enough rope, though 3/4 kilometers of cursing probably wasn't doing so well. Miyu landed gracefully enough though. She immediately got to work scanning the area. Something bothered her, and she didn't know what it was. It wasn't just rushing into the situation that was doing her in... It felt like she was lacking something. She looked through the metal a bit before it hit. Miyu sat down in a meditative stance for a second. "Guys, there isn't any natural energy down here. I don't know what that means, but that kinda worries me. I'm sure we'll be fine though, I just might have to rely on you all a little more. I still have my tools though." Then an earthquake hit, Miyu cursing again to it. What was up with today? New squad, new area, new type of mission, new dangerous environment. Still, just disadvantages, nothing too big yet. Static on her PDA hit, with Miyu sighing. She pressed the talk button. "Can't hear you. We can't hear you. Repeat, we an't hear you. Over." She doubted any would get through, but communication was important. Even lack of it was something to be reported. Just another setback.
"Homuru up front with me in case we need to block the entrance and get out of here sharpish. Tachibana, Uragiri, keep an eye on the entrance as we head in."
Miyu nodded. "Understood, I'll watch the entrance from our rear. Nothing too bad's happened so far, might as well go all in, I don't fail." Miyu turned, keeping the light behind them, scanning specifically to the high.
