You can have MIND & MEMORIES, the thing is, your god is more powerful in their portfolio than they are in their domain, so yes, have you DOMAIN be MIND and have your PORTFOLIO be MEMORIES, so you should have mind(memories) 

In terms of starting powers, if your PORTFOLIO is MEMORIES, having memory-based powers is encouraged, also, since your DOMAIN is MIND, having mind-based powers is fine
