I can see how that'd seem odd, though considering the circumstances it's not out of the ordinary. If we get a bunch more then I'll make a note in the first post about it.

Most of the people there were sent to help. It'd need to be something only the commander could answer, otherwise Kel could speak to the Twi'lek woman.
