Yggdrasil Username: FloweryBastard Name: Basilio Calathium (Vincent Amaranth in Real Life) Race: Half-Elf Gender: Male Character Level: 90 Alignment: Chaotic Good Guild/Party Affiliation: De Ordine Imperii (M.I.A)

Job Classes: Druid[15/15] Wizard [12/15] Elementalist (Earth) [8/10] High Druid [10/10] Forest Mage [10/10] Pharmacist [10/10] Alchemist [10/10] Summoner [10/10] Herald of Nature [5/5] Fighting Style: Basilio’s primal fighting style relies on casting magic from far away, making use primarily of his elemental skills (taking preference for the Earth element) to change the landscape to something of his own advantage, be it growing trees to turn it into an improvise forest, or call animals forth for his aid. Whenever the enemy is immune to magic, the usual strategy is to distract them and flee with his great agility and speed, however in exchange for such thing, Basilio lacks physical defences and one powerful hit may be what’s needed to take him down. Strengths: Basilio possesses an absurd amount of mana and will use it to his advantage in battles, being able to cast two or three relatively high tier spells in succession and is also pretty quick on his feet, being faster than the average magic casters you see out there. Also with the high amount of job classes the male had taken and mastered grants him a wide variety of spells, giving him versatility. Weaknesses: While hard to catch, if one were to cut through his attacks or even nullify them, Basilio would pretty much be rendered useless, having near to none physical strength nor resistance, a couple of strong hits could be enough to knock the poor guy out. Description of Item: An enchanted robe created by an Elder Wizard, makes its wielder as fast as wind itself. Enchantments: Robes grant the user a significant boost in speed, despite not making the user as fast as the wind as the name would suggest, it does make it hard for people to keep track of its users when in movement. Racial Restriction: Small and Medium Sized Humanoids Downsides of Item: Grants no defensive bonus whatsoever, the fabric made with it is so thin that even the weakest of daggers could pierce through it. Name of Item: Grand Caster Companion Rank of Item: Relic Class Appearance: An ebony coloured wooden staff, kind of retorted, seems to be hand made and adorned with some colourful ribbon nearby the top, possesses a golden beam nearby the top. Description of Item: Dungeon Reward! Granted to those courageous enough to face the final boss of the Limited Event: “Elder Lich Panic!” Class Restriction: Magic Casters only. Enchantment: Spells casted through the staff have its mana consumption reduced by half. Name of Item: Scroll of Rapid Casting (x3) Rank of Item: High Class Item Appearance: A simple looking scroll. Name: Call of the King of Beasts Job Class Specialization: High Druid Effects of Skill: 5th tier magic. Calls forth a nearby beast to fight for the caster. (Not usable on very high level and untamable beasts) Description of Skill: High Druids can easily befriend beasts, this spell calls one powerful nearby beast and they will defend the caster with all that they can. Name: Nature’s Blessing: Tree Communication Job Class Specialization: High Druid Effects of Skill: Passive skill, allows the High Druid to speak with plants, if used in a forest, they might communicate like a hive mind. Description of Skill: With their aptitude towards dealing with nature, the High Druid is able to communicate with the vegetal life forms; all that is required is for them to be touched. Name: Spring of Life Job Class Specialization: Herald of Nature Effects of Skill: 6th tier magic, raises an enormous amount of trees and plants, enough to create a miniature forest, may cause damage for those in the way. Side Effects of skill: Takes about 1 minute of concentration to cast. Description of Skill: Upon concentrating and laying a hand upon the ground, the magic caster turns his environment into a small but very dense forest which may be used for the most variated reasons. The magic caster may also choose the kind of plants which will emerge. Name: Gaia’s Command Job Class Specialization: Herald of Nature Effects of Skill: 7th tier magic Gives the magic caster command over each and every vegetal life form surrounding them as well as their properties. Side Effects of skill: While using this spell, the magic caster may not cast any others or else it’ll be cancelled immediately, it also consumes an absurd amount of mana. Description of Skill: A deadly skill when used in a forest environment, upon concentrating and seemingly become one with the land, the magic caster may give commands to plants which will immediately obey to his will, being able to extend itself, grow at an abnormal rate, chase and constrict opponents, sky’s the limit. Name: Gaia’s Blessing Job Class Specialization: Herald of Nature Effects of Skill: 8th tier support spell, heals all health conditions and revives from recent death (Until 2 minutes). Side Effects of skill: Humongous mana consumption, 5 minutes casting time Description of Skill: Fills the ground with beautiful flowers that expel a refreshing aroma that invigorates all allies.
How a normal human would view me: A relatively beautiful man with an odd air of eccentricity and mystery. Personality: While Vincent, the player, was a cold man, who pushed as many people away from him as possible and also was very quiet and showed next to no emotions. Basilio, his character, is quite the opposite, as he roleplays very thing Vincent wished to become. Basilio is loud, laid back, relaxed, very friendly towards anyone but also a very teasing person and specially, a person fascinated by exploration and adventures, something Vincent as a person could never have in his life to due to sickness. Bio/Lore: The story of Vincent Amaranth, the user behind the screen name Amon comes from way back in the past, from before his birth. His family have had a rare chronic disease for generations, unknown by most doctors, the known symptoms were bone frailty, lack of calcium, extreme coughing and in advanced stages; death. It presented itself in some people in the family, in others it didn’t. Vincent’s mom was one of the disease’s victims, when the boy was 10, by there, his father had abandoned them for unknown reasons. Without any parents, the boy began living with his grandparents. Vincent was nearly what you could call a perfect kid, great behaviour, easy to get along with, great grades at school and luckily no signs of the disease manifesting, that is, until his College admission interview when he was 18, when he passed out during one of the most important questions. He was taken in by the doctors that night and according to the family’s history, the disease had been confirmed, by now, at the age of 20, the young man now lives at home, without a single idea of what to do with his life. His body was too frail for most jobs, and he didn’t know how to proceed or what to do. He didn’t feel like going back to college, yet he couldn’t get a job. Little by little everyday, he began to notice how people who knew him and his family started treating him differently, as if he was some damned man waiting to be hanged. That infuriated him, the fact that he could not walk around like a normal person without being worried about fainting or coughing blood infuriated him and by now, that lovable person, grew distant and bitter. He could no more roam around free; he could no more talk to people to forget for one second about his illness. He was tired of everything and then isolated himself from the rest of the world. That was when the YGGDRASIL came in, Vincent decided to take it a try, with the money of the translation works he had been doing, which was the only job the poor guy could do without having to interact with others or simply leave home. He bought the said game along with the system and tried it on. “And suddenly, I was not myself anymore…” In the moment he set his foot into the game, he knew what he wanted to do, he wanted to become someone else, stronger, healthier, a true free spirit and thus, Basilio was born. A druid with an enormous love for nature and vegetation who quickly learned other ways of magic arts, while quickly neglecting physical means of fighting what gave him some crippling weaknesses he tried to cover by using area spells and learning how to summon and control minions as well as the environment around him. Deep inside he was still Vincent and his battle style reflected his personality, to keep people away the most as possible. Despite all of that, while still in the Basilio façade, the young man managed to make many friends and soon, during a raid boss battle where he aided members of the New Order Empire Guild with his powerful support spells and useful minion creatures, he was invited to join the group. His life into the guild was different from most, Basilio would spend really long times away, venturing the wild and minding his own business, only to return sometimes months later. However, he always kept scrolls of communication and kept in touch with the others, keeping his position into the guild intact. He did enjoy the company of his guild mates, but Basilio did not wish to seclude himself, he wanted to meet new people from new cultures, new guilds. He wanted to explore the entire world of YGGDRASIL as much as he could. When he finally reached the high level of 90, the crew behind the game said they were going to close the servers and in sadness, Vincent decided to remain until the closure of the server, roaming around. The guild had contacted him saying they were about to do a closure party, but he didn’t attend to it, as he wished to end the game as he started, alone, exploring the vast maps all by himself. That’s when it all happened, the servers closed, but seemed like the game wasn’t over for him.
