Eddie took notice of Tonya's tone shift but said nothing. He had a feeling she was not telling him everything. Then she told him about the heroes. When she got to Talon, she stopped and tried changing the subject. After she said she wanted a race, he reached to grab her shoulder. "What's wrong with Talon? Did he call you cute or something? Do you like him or something?" He had a feeling she would try to dodge the question. He stopped in front of her, looking in her eyes. "You're hiding something from me."

Eddie didn't realize Beek was looking over his shoulder. If Tonya and the 2 older girls were looking carefully, they would be able to see him. Beek didn't know he was almost in plain view as he was looking for a place any of the other Kwamis could be hiding. He thought Ossar could possibly be hiding in her hair or her bag.
