EST - 1 Day Since Hel Returned

The next few hours went by relatively quickly. The small group in Coventry managed to banish the demon, but not without getting a tip. Apparently, word on the demon grapevine was that O.M.E.N. agents could be found in Boston at the moment, investigating the disappearance of Edwina Fairfax. Together, the three of them managed to figure out that the O.M.E.N. agents could be found at a small hotel in Boston called Cromwell House. It tended to rent rooms on a long term basis, with a lot of students in the area using it instead of dormitory housing. Mallory and Jessica ended up renting a room at Cromwell House as well. It wasn't too far from Fenway Park and Mallory was disappointed to learn that Green Monster wasn't actually a terrifying beast. The hotel felt unsettling to Mallory and Jessica both, but safe at the same time. Mallory didn't know why, but she had a strong theory that they were invisible to Hel there - perhaps one of the few places in the world that Hel wouldn't be able to find them. The house is filled with restless spirits and a certain dark energy. Rhodes pulled through for Alex and Ricky, managing to get them transported to Boston and set up with supplies. Ricky managed to get in contact with Jade Cornish, with the MI13 agent informing him that she and some others had set up a temporary HQ at a rented set of rooms at Cromwell House. Hopefully they'd be able to figure out a plan to defeat Hel - and soon. And as for the hunters, they managed to construct all of the wardings they needed, etching one of the sigils onto the back of an elaborately constructed throne for Hel they put up at the cabin in Springfield. Their plan was in motion - and hopefully, it would work. Temporary HQ Interacting With: Various

Jade was lying down on the ground of the rented room, staring up at the ceiling. There was a half empty bottle of whiskey next to her. A few other agents were making calls in the other room, trying to track down Hel's movements as well as anyone else who might be available to help them. The physicist had been a dead end - literally. There was nothing that Jade and the others had managed to find to connect her to Hel. The only thing troubling in Edwina's file was her relation to a few of the dead bodies that had been found at Coventry - such as her uncle's, Boris Valeska, born Jack Fairfax. They had no leads on Hel's location. Every time it looked like they found one, reports of sightings that appeared to be credible happened halfway across the country. She closed her eyes, mentally repaying the footage she had seen of Hel's attack at ground zero. She had a bit of a gift sometimes when it came to memory. If she shut her eyes, it was like she was there herself. There was one piece of the puzzle that she was missing - something that the security footage couldn't shown her. Why leave survivors? Hel didn't strike her as the merciful type. Maybe it was to inspire fear - but she knew that there would be tapes for that. And decimating O.M.E.N. in itself was terror inducing enough. "What did she tell you to do?" Jade asked, opening her eyes and looking at Alex the minute he entered the room. They had set up the throne to Hel right next to the fireplace. Robin was sipping water to settle her nerves - she wasn't an especially big drinker. And while she wasn't the type to get nervous before a hunt, this was the big one. As soon as Hel shut the gates of heaven and hell closed, they were going to trap her and kill her. The wards were all prepared and they had gone over the plan what seemed to be a million times. "It's been nice knowing you, prima," Robin said to her cousin with a nod. She had a horrible feeling that they wouldn't all be making it out of this situation alive. But given who they were going up against, the odds weren't exactly in their favor. There was a flash of emerald light outside the cabin and Aloise took in a deep breath. Hel was outside. She could feel the change of the energy in the air. It was time.
